Recipe for Homemade KFC Chicken 


Components: One kilogram of chicken parts Two cups of buttermilk Two cups of all-purpose flour One teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika Half a teaspoon cayenne One teaspoon of oregano One teaspoon of salt Half a teaspoon black pepper Oil for cooking 

Directions: 
1. Let chicken marinate for 4 hours or overnight in buttermilk. 
2. Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a basin. 
3. In a deep pan, heat the oil to 175°C (350°F). 
4. Sprinkle the flour mixture over each piece of chicken. 
5. Fry the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden. 
6. Serve hot after draining on paper towels. Savor your handmade, crispy chicken in the style of KFC!
